The online fashion marketplace supports a global diverse brand mix, offering the most stylish items provided by over 2800 different brands supplied via over 250 small fashion boutiques and independent retailers.
Shulman’s objective is to grow its team and refine its technology to create a strong foundation to consolidate the company’s international presence. With the main intentions of supporting its digital boutique community to boost online sales.

Given the negative Covid-19 crisis repercussions, independent brands have been unable to sell as normal. However, as sales have grown a 200% during lockdown, Atterley has launched a campaign which is currently crowdfunding via Crowdcube looking to raise £500,000 to help fashion retailers to keep selling given the current challenges that they are facing.
As Welch also shared, “The retail world will change forever post COVID-19 and retailers will be forced to adapt to fast-changing consumer buying trends. Our investment plan is focused on ensuring that Atterley and our partner boutiques are long-term winners as the market evolves. Market conditions are going to increasingly suit industry players like Atterley and we can see a situation where there is less competition when the current shakedown stabilises.”
